Sarah has been selected as one of six feature artist’s in the 2023 Inverell Contemporary Exhibition, held at the Inverell Art Gallery Saturday May 6th until June 3rd.

Inverell Art Gallery welcomes Janae Paquin-Bowden and her beautiful ceramics, Robin Wilson and his landscapes, Esmae Barry with her texture paintings, Nicola Jones who captures stunning still-lifes, Pia Kuykhoven who creates ceramic pieces and colourful paintings and Sarah Smith with her delicate watercolours.

Sarah’s mini series for this exhibition features varying foods upon detailed and delicate china. Each artwork has been inspired by recent travels in London, some of her favourite foods and nostalgic & cherished past times, such as sharing Birthday Cake in her Grandmother’s kitchen on a remote farm in Gulargambone, NSW.
