‘NOOSA’ Solo exhibition. July 22-Aug 05, The Uralla Gallery, NSW.

“Noosa is a place where cherished memories have been made with my family and close friends over the years. After the events surrounding multiple lockdowns and the Coronavirus in Australia, I thought it would be nice to put together pieces for an exhibition that are light, fun, bright and reminiscent of all the little things in life that bring us joy and happiness. Finding shells & seeing small fish in the beautiful translucent water on Main Beach. Sunshine & reading on the sand. Eating fresh seafood, laughing and spending time with my family. There really is nothing better.

One of my favourite pieces for the exhibition is the big red and pink bikini. This painting was inspired from a photograph that I took of my most beloved Hunza G bikini. I love the colours and textures of the material so I felt inspired and drawn to painting them.”
